February 19, 2008 - I am a firm believer that there are less than 10 different types of people in this world and that they all can be summed up by their movie tastes. For example, my sister is a Romantic Drama. My mother is a War movie. And myself? Well, I am a comedy. And because of all of our personalities, trust me, each of these could not support my hypothesis any more. (Sorry, Mom.)  Not only that, but I’ve noticed that no one likes to venture out of their category. My sister will not watch Clerks with me, and I refuse to watch Notting Hill more than once with her.

But wedged in between the Dramas and the Horror movies, there is a special type of person called the Suspense person. Personally, I am not the “suspense movie” type of gal. I don’t like haunted houses, or the stock market, and ordinarily, I don’t like anything that has the description, “keeps you on the edge of your seat.” So, imagine my excitement when I found out that the March theme for our new Movies on Demand category is “Nail Biters.”

However, and a big however at that, having had a sneak peak at all the new movies coming out on demand in March, I’m really excited. And no, I’m not being sarcastic this time. Not only will there be older movies, such as Jaws, Fatal Attraction, and Apollo 13, you also will be able to watch a few of my favorite all time movies.

Irreversible is an art house movie that has been one of my favorites for quite some time now, but this movie is hard to find! Having this one on this list shows that the movies weren’t just randomly picked from the Suspense section at Blockbuster, but were thought about carefully. Another one of my favorites that you will be able to see on demand is One Hour Photo. Robin Williams at his very best.
So even if you think you, like myself, are not a suspense type of person, I promise, you will find out otherwise.

If you don’t have access to these movies HTC On Demand, get it now!! Don’t miss all the movies that will be available in March!
