November 10, 2007 - I'll admit it. I'm an addict. What's my drug? Well, Bravo TV. And just like any other addiction, it's love-hate with Bravo and me.
A couple of months ago Bravo TV held an "intervention" with me. At the time, Top Chef was my sad, sad addiction and Bravo intervened and ripped it right out of my life when the season ended. Thus began the hate part of my relationship with Bravo.
However, I have a strong feeling that come November 14, a relapse is to be had, and I, again, will love Bravo in its entire program scheduling glory.
November 14 is the premier date of a show called Project Runway. It's a show that features 15 or so young and upcoming clothing designers. These designers are given multiple challenges to distinguish who is the most talented and creative clothing designer.
Now, if you are male, I'm sure your first instinct is the head for the hills...and the hills being Sportscenter...but rest assured this show will not compromise your masculinity, mostly due to Supermodel Heidi Klum being the host. And ladies...high fashion clothes, catwalks, catfights, and models that are too young, thin, and pretty for their own good? Do you honestly need another reason to watch? I surely do not.
If you have missed the pilot episode due to your lack of technology (Why are you the only person without a DVR?) then don’t worry, you can still click here to meet the contestants and get a recap of last weeks show using HTC’s Netracer high speed.
